The common hashtag for Tuesdays is "#transformationtuesday" and I have to say I'm attempting to relate to it. Although no physical transformations have occurred (yet), I find myself moving towards a mental transformation. Writing for a few days, recognizing when my mental thinking is positive versus negative, and allowing myself to process it all.
I have more to say, just not sure how to convey it. So my introduction to mental transformation begins here...
